SUYA Order Cancellation & Return Policy

[1] Domestic Orders (Taiwan)

1. For orders canceled after shipment, original shipping fees will be handled according to the terms agreed upon at checkout. For approved non-statutory returns, return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.

2. Steering wheels, specially requested colors, and customized products are non-cancellable and non-returnable for personal reasons.

3. SUYA reserves the right to seek compensation for losses caused by unjustified refusal of delivery, failure to collect parcels on time, or improper use of products.

[2] International Orders

1. Order cancellations after payment require SUYA's approval. Steering wheels, special-color products, and customized items are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

2. For approved non-statutory returns, all related shipping costs, customs duties, and clearance fees shall be borne by the buyer.

3. Refund-related exchange rate differences and bank charges are subject to the relevant bank's policies. SUYA reserves the right to seek compensation for losses caused by unjustified refusal of delivery or order abandonment.

All terms apply to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

International Express

1. Freight is different in each country. Will be displayed on the checkout page.

2. To avoid long delays in delivering your package, or a package being returned to us, please ensure your international address information is correct and includes a telephone number for the delivery carrier to contact you should there be an issue in transit.

3. Please note that every country has different tax regulation and any duties, tariffs, or local taxes that may apply to your order are your responsibility.These fees are determined by a local customs office and we cannot be responsible for any such fees incurred because we cannot anticipate or estimate country specific duties, tariffs and taxes that may apply to your order.Our prices do not reflect any of these additional charges. It is your responsibility to research and understand these fees and pay them once levied.

Edit or cancel the order:
Please understand that we do not provide editing or canceling the orders.
Please double check your address, receiver, phone numbers and all the details.
If you found out any mistake in your order, please contact SUYA directly in case you don’t receive your parcel to your expectation.

Some products take time to make and cannot be shipped immediately. If you cannot wait, please do not place an order.

If you have any uncertainties, please contact SUYA directly within 3 days after you received your goods.

Some products are made for special vehicles, please check whether it is suitable before you ordered.

If you want refund due to personal reason, e.g. ordering wrong items or numbers, please contact our customer service. Sending the goods back and the fee occurred is your responsibility. Please note that if the goods are returned opened or broken, we cannot process refund.
