Payment options


We use the PayNow system, accept VISA, Mastercard, JCB and etc.

If you want to cancel the order and the payment is completed, the refund will be deducted 10% of the handling fee.

 

Shipping & delivery


International Express

1. Freight is different in each country. Will be displayed on the checkout page.

 

Hong Kong: Freight is $20 per item, plus $5 for each additional item.

Other countries: Freight is $40 per item, plus $10 for each additional item.

 

2. To avoid long delays in delivering your package, or a package being returned to us, please ensure your international address information is correct and includes a telephone number for the delivery carrier to contact you should there be an issue in transit.

3. Please note that every country has different tax regulation and any duties, tariffs, or local taxes that may apply to your order are your responsibility.These fees are determined by a local customs office and we cannot be responsible for any such fees incurred because we cannot anticipate or estimate country specific duties, tariffs and taxes that may apply to your order.Our prices do not reflect any of these additional charges. It is your responsibility to research and understand these fees and pay them once levied.

If you found out any mistake in your order, please contact SUYA directly in case you don’t receive your parcel to your expectation.

 

Some products take time to make and cannot be shipped immediately. If you cannot wait, please do not place an order.

Sales & refunds


If you have any uncertainties, please contact SUYA directly within 3 days after you received your goods.

Some products are made for special vehicles, please check whether it is suitable before you ordered.

If you want refund due to personal reason, e.g. ordering wrong items or numbers, please contact our customer service. Sending the goods back and the fee occurred is your responsibility. Please note that if the goods are returned opened or broken, we cannot process refund.
